The things you do right before bed not only affect your sleep, but they affect your next morning and the whole next day. The things you do in the morning really set the tone for the type of day you're going to have. I've always been a ritual-oriented person. It works for me and I think it will work for you too. But I quickly remind myself that pumping content your way was never part of my goal. Adding value to other people's lives is what I'm passionate about. Sometimes that means that I just don't get a post up. But I'm not going to just write to be writing.
