I'm Feeling Like An Olympian With #BabbleBoxxGold

olympics2016

I don't know about you... but the Olympic games have me feeling a little... left out. I've put together a few things that are helping me cope with the fact that I'm not an Olympic level athlete and also that I'm not at the Olympics having the time of my life. If you're like me (and most people, I assume) then you might want to get on board.

I hope these products inspire you as much as they have me. Reach for your goals this summer with a little extra nudge!

Purpletale 5 Steps to Lovely Skin, Sheet Mask, All-in-one Sheet Mask

olympics 2016

First and foremost, stay camera ready.

Purpletale is a portable five-step facial treatment kit that comes with a foam cleanser, ampoule, bio-cellulous sheet mask, facial cream and neck cream in one packet so that you can basically enjoy a professional level facial anytime or place you want. This is perfect for the traveler and the girl/guy on-the-go.

This 5-step packet left my face so completely soft and nourished that I stopped using filters on Snapchat. Yea, it's THAT good.

If you're busy like me and don't have hours (or a million dollars) to spend getting a facial at the medspa, try it out! Also, it's TSA friendly so pack away.

how to use

1) Cleanse : lather foam cleanser in hands and wash face and neck. Rinse and gently pat dry.

2) Treat : apply a thin layer of ampoule to face and neck and wait for the product to sink in.

3) Pamper : peel away protective film on one side, place the mask on face and then peel away the other protective film. Leave on face for at least 20 minutes. Remove when ready.

4) Moisturize: dab facial cream on face and apply evenly.

5) Nourish: massage neck cream onto neck with an upward motion.

Usage Tips

Use twice a week when you want to...

• Unwind and pamper yourself after a long day

• Look your best before a special occasion

• Recover from your long flight, so that your selfies look stunning

The Vitamin Shoppe

olympics 2016

I chose these products to channel my inner Olympic athlete because they're completely on brand for KOW. No weird artificial colors, flavors, OR sweeteners. Au naturale, my friends. Exactly what you need if you're planning on being a star athlete.... or pretending that you are?

True Athlete by Vitamin Shoppe was created for fitness enthusiasts and is completely free os NSF banned substances Certified for Sport. This day & age, it's hard to find a product like this one. Clean and REAL. ZMA with Theanine helps you to gain strength, recover fast, and replenish nutrients. Not only is it designed to help you gain muscle strength, but it also helps you fight the effects of exercise-induced stress to promote rest and recovery. It kind of does EVERYTHING.

True Athlete Energized Training Formula is designed for serious muscle, endurance, performance, and energy sport. If you're looking for that extra edge on the field, this product is for you. It contains creatine, arginine and beta-alanine along with caffeine and AstraGin. This trademark ingredient is produced from ginseng and astragalus and is designed to improve absorption of amino acids, glucose, vitamins, and other nutrients. I'm thinking we should feed this to Michael Phelps.

True Athlete Natural Whey Protein Packets contain natural whey and protein that provide key nutrients to your body and helps you gain muscle mass. And the best thing about it? The whey is formulated from cows that are NOT treated with the synthetic bovine growth hormone rBGH!! It's super safe and natural.

JUST Water

Just Water is 100% spring water in a paper-based bottle. I don't know about you, but I have a hard time drinking out of a traditional plastic bottle these days with all the new studies on what it could be doing to our bodies. I love that this water is packed in a paper bottle that is made up of 83% renewable resources. Most of which is plant-based plastic made from sugarcane, resulting in a 74% reduction in CO2 emissions.

JUST® water is sourced from the Glens Falls watershed in Upstate New York where water is the opposite of sparse. An ethical trade revenue partnership with the city of Glens Falls is revitalizing the local community by paying six times the municipal rate for access to less than 3% of its excess water.

And you can have some too! Just Water is available nationally at $.99 big ones! This price point is deliberate to be sure everyone can have some!

2XU Mid-Rise 7/8 Compression Tights

I'm loving these performance tights (they're compression tights that look nothing like compression tights). They're super sleek and streamlined while offering graduated compression engineered to promote maximum blood flow.

Thanks to 2XU my pre-exercise muscle warm up time is cut in half! I've had reduced muscle soreness and reduced muscle fatigue with more muscle oscillation.

In the market for compression tights? Or didn't know you needed them but need all of the above? Use my code 2XU20 to get 20% off your purchase! Get yours here
