One Pan Nutritious Cajun Boil | Recipe

This is one of my favorite recipes right now! It is so yummy and really nutritious. It's the perfect weeknight meal when you just need to whip something up and feel good about what you're eating.

Yields 3-4 servings. 
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 head of chopped broccoli
  • 1 kielbasa sausage
  • 1 ear of corn
  • 20 small shrimp
  • cajun seasoning 
  • garlic to taste
  • ghee or grassfed butter

Here's what you'll do:

  1. Preheat oven to 450
  2. Bring water to boil in a pot and flash boil broccoli (1 minute or less to keep it's green vibrant color and crispness). 
  3. On a sheet pan add aluminum foil and add a thin layer of butter.
  4. Season corn and sausage and add to pan. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and add lemon and broccoli, season, and cook for another ten minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, add shrimp and cook for 6-8 more minutes. Oven times may vary.
