Our Home Redesign | By The Lifestyled Co

The day we have all been waiting for is finally HERE. My home redesign has been a long time in the making, but it has been well worth it! The process of a home redesign is not an easy one, but thankfully I had The LifeStyled Company on my side to help things run smoothly. They truly made all of my home design dreams come true.

My finely curated Pinterest boards have honestly come to life before my eyes and I am living in my dream home! Reveal day was nothing short of amazing!! I had tears before I arrived home and I waited until they left to shed a little more. I’m truly obsessed with my new space. I couldn’t have asked for a better fitting design.

The LifeStyled Company is an Arizona based full service design and retail studio. The company was founded by Kristen Forgione, who after working in the event planning industry for ten years launched her own DIY blog. It wasn’t too long after the creation of her blog that she pursued creating her own small business and thus The LifeStyled Company was born!

This company definitely has THE eye for all things design and they do such an amazing job. Back when we started this journey together many months ago, they gave me some design plans to see what the end result of my home would look like. I couldn’t believe how spot on they were, the designs were exactly what I had in mind and more! I knew from the beginning they were going to do the most amazing job with my home, and they definitely delivered.

I primarily worked with Kristen (LCo’s founder) and Kylie (Jr. Design Associate), and they are both amazing at what they do. Something that was really important to me throughout this process was that the redesign would be done before baby arrives.

The nursery was a big part of the redesign and I really wanted her to be able to come home to her completed space right away. It was such a relief to be able to hand off this huge task to them so that I could focus on other aspects of her upcoming arrival. The nursery, to me, is sacred and so so special!! They really made my vision (and more) come to life.

Something that I loved about working with The Lifestyled Co was that every service they sent to me (painters, movers, etc.) were all so kind and helpful. We especially loved working with Moving Team Six, they were so on top of things and I totally recommend them if you’re in the market for some moving help. It was easy to trust them working in our home because we knew they had Kristen & Kylie’s stamp of approval.

Every home decor item that they sourced and planned for our home was perfect. Some of my favorite pieces are things that came from their own retail space. The rug and rocking horse in the nursery are both from LCo and I am OBSESSED with how cute they are.

As far as the other pieces in the nursery go, we got our shelving and sherpa stool from RH Baby + Child, the white dresser from Crate + Barrel and the light pendant from Regina Andrews.

One of my favorite parts of the nursery is our adorable crib. It is the Eicho Crib from Spot on Square and I am so in love with it. It’s super functional and the design of it is just so cute. It was a perfect fit for my natural nursery and I couldn’t be happier with it!

Another perfect part of my nursery is my NurseryWorks Sleepytime Rocker from Maisonette. I can’t believe how comfortable this rocker is, I could honestly sit in it all day. Not to mention it matches the neutrals of the nursery so perfectly.

I also got so many other cute pieces from Maisonette for my nursery that really tie it all together. My Louelle Playmat, Maileg Hippo, Petit Pehr Little Lamb Mobile and Fiona Walker England Poodle are the BEST additions. I know our little girl is going to have so much fun playing with these things and I can’t wait to show it all to her!

I’m so excited to have guests stay over now that we have my dream guest room. LCo did such a great job with picking out the perfect design elements for it.

The upholstered bed is from Living Spaces, the nightstands are from Urban Outfitters, the rug is from Lulu and Georgia, and the office chair is from CB2.

Last, but not least I CANNOT WAIT to work in my new studio. Everything about this space is gorgeous and I can already feel the creative juices flowing. Every piece that LCo chose for this room compliment each other so well, I just love how everything works together in harmony. The desk is from Lulu + Georgia, the dresser, coffee table & media console are from CB2, and the rug is from Surya.

One of my absolute favorite parts of the studio is my new hanging clothes rack from MetalWorksAT, an Etsy shop that I love! They make such quality pieces and I love how clean the clothes rack looks hanging from the ceiling.

I’m also obsessed with my sofa from Article. This is definitely one of the most comfortable sofas ever, I’m going to have to make an effort to work at my desk and not from the sofa everyday! It’s also so cute and is going to be perfect for when the CCB team comes over to work. We are going to have SO. MUCH. SPACE.

Something else that I love about our redesign is that Mitzi & Troy Lighting is sprinkled all around our home and I am SO happy about it. Both of these lighting brands offer the most functional and stylish lighting accessories. They have so many options and we were able to find the perfect pendants and wall sconces to literally light up our home.

I’m so glad I got to share our home redesign journey with you all. We are so happy with the way everything turned out and we can’t wait to welcome our little girl home.

Here's how the rooms look with some of our favorites things after we got to add our own personal touch:
