lavender ricotta "dessert" yogurt

 
 

This recipe was inspired by one I found in the book Near and Far by Heidi Swanson. I love her recipes because they're never boring. They often make you go "hmm..." until you try them. 

I mixed this one up to make it more KOW friendly but it still feels just as decadent. 

1/3 cup of the finest ricotta

a few thin slices of a nectarine or peach

sprinkle of thinly sliced almonds

sprinkle of lavender

drizzle of honey & honeycomb

sprinkle of himalayan sea salt & peppercorn

Add ricotta to your bowl and place nectarines beside it. Layer each ingredient onto the ricotta and enjoy right away!
