A smoothie (THIS SMOOTHIE) can actually change your life by curbing your appetite and giving you tons of energy - all while improving your skin and overall well-being.

I highly suggest investing in the following items listed below and adding them to your diet on a daily basis. I use these ingredients in all of my recipes ALL-THE-TIME. If you follow me on Snapchat, you know that I'm drinking this shake every single time I'm home. I wholeheartedly believe in these ingredients because they make my life better!!

collagen protein powder will off-set the loss in your body from natural aging. Collagen is responsible for keeping your dermis (skin) youthful and resilient. It also contains a whole lot of amino acids! “Collagen protein is unique, in that it has high amounts of the amino acids glycine, proline, and lysine, which are essential for the formation and repair of connective tissues, repair of bone matrix and joint surfaces, support of healthy skin and hair, and more,” raves Dave Asprey.

hemp hearts are crazy rich in two essential fatty acids omega 6 & 3. The protein profile in hemp hearts makes them one of the densest source of plant proteins (source)

It's considered of one of nature's most complete and nourishing foods (source) tip** bee pollen is best when it's fresh & refrigerated but if you do not have access to that, I've linked the best alternative.

raw coconut is high in natural saturated fats. Saturated fats increase the HDL aka the healthy cholesterol while converting the LDL aka bad cholesterol into good cholesterols. This, in turn promotes heart health and lowers the risk of heart disease (source
