Raw Ginger - Basically a God like-veggie-fruit.... (it's a root, so no one really knows whether it's a veg or fruit, let's call it a fruit and make it appeal to people).

So, I like mine extra spicy and add the same amount of ginger as I do turmeric. If you want it less spicy, add less ginger.
I add about 6 stalks of ginger and 6 stalks of turmeric, one cup ACV, 2 teaspoons beauty dust, 5 ounces of water, and one whole grapefruit to my Vitamix. Blend well. Store in sealed tight mason jars -- will last for at least two weeks
I take 2-2oz shots, once in the morning before food and once right before bed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: TURMERIC WILL STAIN ANYTHING IT COMES INTO CONTACT WITH SO GET IT OFF IMMEDIATELY. Use white vinegar to remove stains.
