I made a lot of mistakes shopping in early pregnancy. I thought I'd go ahead and pick up some basic maternity pieces because I would eventually need them anyway. Plus, I felt uncomfortable from day one. Mostly because you're bloated into your second trimester. I didn't realized that eventually my whole body would grow, not just my belly. So buying pieces in my pre-pregnancy size that had a place for my belly actually wouldn't cut it.
Now that I’m getting closer and closer to my due date, it’s becoming more difficult to find clothes that are both cute and comfortable. Thankfully, I have recently found that Macy’s has lots of maternity options in the brands that I love. I have found so many fashion forward pieces that fit my current lifestyle and allow me to feel both comfortable and confident all day.
As I get closer to my due date I realize more and more that time is everything. But I am also reminded to take it easy and not be so hard on myself. Shopping online has already saved my non-pregnant self a million times. So imagine how convenient it has been with my belly growing more and more each day.
