Table Salt vs Himalayan Salt | FYI

Traditionally I have always used table salt while cooking in the kitchen and  recently opted to make a healthier switch from table salt, to Himalayan sea salt! Aside from its culinary uses, pink Himalayan sea salt can be beneficial for supplying the body with essential minerals and electrolytes, improving immunity, re-hydrating the body, reducing inflammation and increasing circulation, reduces blood pressure, and aids with weight loss.
