smoothie sunday on that avocado vibe

Why is it always Sunday? Believe me. . . this will brighten those blues!

Avocados are rich and creamy and bursting with flavor! They’re definitely high in fat, but are packed with nutrients and omega 3 fatty acids! Loads and loads of other amazing stuff guys – but lets get to the fun part because you’ve heard this all before.

Dessert? CLOSE!

1 whole avocado

1 cup coconut milk

1 tspn chia seeds

1/2 drop of vanilla stevia extract or 1 tspn of honey

handful of spinach

1/2 banana

2 handfuls of ice

Blend well together until it’s the perfect consistency! SIP SIP.


This smoothie makes an AMAZING breakfast or recovery meal. You can even add a little of Dales Protein Powder to for extra protein!
