The BodyBoss Method | Fitness Guide

THE BODYBOSS 12-WK ULTIMATE BODY FITNESS GUIDE || Do you guys ever feel like there’s just not enough hours in the day to fit in a workout on top of your daily to do list? If you are like me and you answered YES – I recently found our answer to fitting in a workout routine when there just is not enough hours in the day.


It’s called The BodyBoss Fitness Guidemethod and it is perfect for all you busy girl bosses! It is a 12 week fitness program, set up to be done 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday, working on different core areas each day), containing 60 different exercises that target burning fat and building lean muscle (love that!) through a variety of high intensity interval training workouts. The guide also have different suggestions on your recovery/cardio days (Tuesday and Thursday) so you do not have to worry if you’re not too sure what to do like me! 


Each workout is 24 minutes of active training (High Intensity Interval Training, also known as HIIT) and takes no more than 45 forty- five minutes including your warm up and cool down of stretching. The exercises are easy to follow and can be modified for any fitness level. They really target each muscle group, focusing on specific areas especially the core and booty, my personal faves! I love that it incorporates stretching and cardio into the workout too. I find that it always feels easier to get into a workout when your body is warmed up and stretched out, plus its relaxing to stretch out and clear your mind before or after a busy day!

 

I really felt like I was getting an intense workout in - in a short amount of time without going crazy at the gym. I found myself sore more often (love that feeling of accomplishment!), more energized, and seeing some surprisingly fast results!

The BodyBoss Fitness Guide makes it easy for you to squeeze in your workout and have fun while doing it. It doesn’t have to be done at the gym (hotel room & office approved), and you really don’t need a lot of equipment- some light weights (or wine bottles - yep, did this in a hotel room..) and a yoga mat and you're set!
