A smoothie (THIS SMOOTHIE) can actually change your life by curbing your appetite and giving you tons of energy - all while improving your skin and overall well-being. 

I highly suggest investing in the following items listed below and adding them to your diet on a daily basis. I use these ingredients in all of my recipes ALL-THE-TIME. If you follow me on Snapchat, you know that I'm drinking this shake every single time I'm home. I wholeheartedly believe in these ingredients because they make my life better!!

collagen protein powder will off-set the loss in your body from natural aging. Collagen is responsible for keeping your dermis (skin) youthful and resilient. matcha contains a crazy amount of antioxidants and polyphenols. Some of the benefits of matcha include detoxification, strong immune system, clarity, and improved mental alertness. There are so many variations for recipes to include these ingredients. I don't add everything in every single day because that would just be too much! So play around with it and find a combo you like.

I've also been supplementing with brain dust and other Moon Juice powders. Kind of obsessing over them lately!
