mmmm... an ice cold blueberry smoothie

I don't know about you but I'm all over some smoothies lately. They're cold, easy, and can be a really great vehicle for loads of nutrition.

I made this smoothie the other day because it was noon and I knew I was going to be having a really early dinner starting at 3pm. Not only was the dinner early, but it was also going to be crispy tacos and I wasn't planning on holding back. I had worked out earlier that day and was running errands all morning. Once I got home, I knew I needed something that was going to satisfy me but also not ruin my early meal.

A smoothie is perfect for this situation and this one is a nutritious powerhouse!

how to make it

10 blueberries organic if possible

1/2 teaspoon ground flaxseed start slow with flax if you're new to it

1/2 teaspoon chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon maca powder

1/2 scoop hemp protein

1 teaspoon coconut oil

couple drops of almond oil

couple drops of vanilla extract

1 teaspoon mct swirl
