Anti-Inflammatory Watermelon Slushy

 
 

Recently I feel like a ton of my friends have been coming to me with puffy eyes. And I order them to go home and add turmeric to EVERYTHING. Ginger and turmeric working together will do wonders in reducing inflammation. 

 
 

Since not everyone loves the taste of either of these two superfoods, I've made them taste better! This slushy is such a treat! It's so tasty you forget you're doing it for your health. 

 
 

2 cups watermelon

1 teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon 3.6.9 oil

juice from 1/2 lime

juice from 1/2 lemon

2 handfuls of ice
