I’ve always wanted the perfect guest room. I love to treat my guests to only the best when they come to visit and their own space should be no exception. I knew it was time to get a comfortable and cozy guest room put together and The LifeStyled Company made that happen!
Our new guest room is minimal but dreamy, and I am so OBSESSED.
While there have been so many changes in my life over the past year, something that has been a definite constant is making sure that Nixon is healthy. When I was pregnant, so much time and effort went into growing my baby and ensuring I was doing everything in my power to keep her healthy and strong. Now that Nixon is here, my priority is still to make sure that I’m doing everything possible to keep her safe.
Sometimes it’s hard to know how babies are feeling, but the Owlet Smart Sock has really given me peace of mind.
I've always tried to to err on the side of caution when it comes to beauty products, food and my overall health. I'm not exactly crunchy, but I do my homework when it comes to my health. I make decisions based on the information available and my own intuition. When I found out I was pregnant, I knew a couple of things I would be dropping right away. I'm ok with a chemical here or there, this is the real world and eventually, my baby will come into contact with said "toxins" at some point. But multiple toxins that are proven to cause harmful effects, used daily in my products, I have a problem with.

The other day I was drinking the last of my 128 ounces of water, and it got me thinking about how many people don't drink as much water as they should. Why is that? Personally, I love getting every last drop in. It keeps my day running smoothly, skin plump, digestion system on track, and I don’t mind the taste at all. But I do know a lot of people who drink other things such as soda, juice, energy drinks, etc. because they all taste better than water.
I couldn’t be happier with how our our birthing story turned out. We feel so blessed to have come home with such a healthy and happy baby. While Nixon’s health is EVERYTHING, it’s so important that I make taking care of myself a priority as well. That’s why I am obsessed with Mama Strut. This company truly cares about the care and recovery of new mamas.
Now that I’ve had some time to really let my new home redesign by The LifeStyled Company sink in, my only regret is not getting my office redesigned sooner! It’s crazy what a difference having the right space to work in makes. Not only is my office now spacious and organized, but it’s also so on brand. Working in this environment has really helped my creativity flow and I truly feel so inspired every time I sit down to work.
Ever since giving birth, finding both chic and flexible clothing to allow me to breastfeed at any time has been SO important. Motherhood Maternity has definitely been my go-to lately because they offer the best of both worlds. They have everything from maternity to nursing pieces and everything is always really comfortable and cute.
As you guys probably know, I’m SO happy with our home redesign. Everything turned out perfectly and each room in our home is so dreamy. One part of the redesign that I am absolutely OBSESSED with would be our new lighting fixtures from Mitzi and Troy Lighting.
Our last Bumble event at The Bar Method was so fun! I absolutely love whenever I get the chance to mix two of my favorite things: fitness and networking. Our BumbleBFF events are always a blast but this one was extra amazing because we got to partner with one of my favorite bar studios, The Bar Method.
Have you ever been in a frantic state running semi late but kind of on time for your flight? And then when you are going to check your bag the scale reads ten pounds over? But it’s like you need all three lotions, the extra four outfits, and that magic bullet blender for your morning smoothie ritual. So there you are on the “God knows what has been on here” airport floor trying to do a bag shuffle and make it work, all while trying to catch your flight in time.
The day we have all been waiting for is finally HERE. My home redesign has been a long time in the making, but it has been well worth it! The process of a home redesign is not an easy one, but thankfully I had The LifeStyled Company on my side to help things run smoothly. They truly made all of my home design dreams come true.
The days are getting brighter and the rays are getting stronger in most places this Summer. Ahhhh the sun, the brightest and biggest star, that delivers so many benefits to us. Happy July everyone! I am so excited that 4th of July is this week, I love gathering with friends and getting a little extra patriotic to celebrate America. As usual, I’ve been pretty busy lately. My days are maxed out with work and appointments --- being an expecting mom can be EXHAUSTING to say the least. My due date is right around the corner and of course Phoenix is heating up v. quickly… which just makes the days tougher. I have definitely been in desperate need of a break and some relaxation and I knew there were some other mom’s in my line of business who needed that too, so my latest Bumble event could not have come at a better time.
Hey everyone! If you’ve been following along on social media, you probably know that we are in the middle of redesigning our home. This is something I’ve been so excited about lately and it’s been really fun getting to pick out new home decor. In my opinion, wall art makes such a statement in any home design so shopping around for the perfect art has definitely been a priority. Thankfully, we have been lucky enough to partner with Desenio on the redecorating of our walls.
