Napping 101

Getting an adequate amount of sleep at night seems nearly impossible for so many of us that are on the go 24/7.  According to the National Sleep Foundation, only 12% of Americans get excellent sleep at night. And those with poor sleeping habits, report to that they also have very poor health.

I know what you're thinking, "I don't have time for a nap"... well, do you have time for anxiety, stress, memory loss, or lost productivity? 

My favorite thing about napping is that you can actually schedule it in at the beginning of each week - even 20 minutes (see below) will do some good. 

So go ahead, treat yourself to health and schedule in your naps just like you schedule in all those meetings!!
